Rink Studios enables users to upload, submit and share audio and visual content and information which may be stored remotely with our third party vendor. What information does Rink Studios collect?
Rink Studios will need basic personal information from you that might consist of all or part ofthe following: the real name of the account holder; information such as your username and password; date of birth; gender; address, postal code, and county; email address; phone numbers; credit/charge card information to collect from you various fees and charges for services and/or products (e.g., studio rental, tickets, or merchandise); bank account and/or PayPal or other account information for processing payments to you for the sale of your music. In addition, we might ask for personal information that will help remind you of your Website account user name and/or password in the event you forget or lose such information.
If you connect to the Website using credentials from a third party application (e.g., Facebook), you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username and encrypted access credentials. Such information may allow us to make recommendations to you and suggest relevant content.
You may request that we delete your user account from the Website. In such case, please note that some of your personal information may remain in our records even after your account is deleted, for purposes of reporting or payment. We will only keep your personal information as long as it is necessary to do so, typically for a reasonable period of time after the last reporting cycle relating to content that you have submitted. We also retain the rights to close and remove any inactive accounts (e.g., accounts with no activity for 12 months or more).
